No counterfeit or stolen goods, weapons, controlled substances, personal-data sales, financial products, investment promises, or currency-exchange offers. We may decline or remove listings that do not fit the pilot.

Contact details and descriptions are seller-provided. Check the seller and terms independently. Use XBT Pulse’s contact form to report a listing, including its listing ID; never send payment credentials. Listings are retained for up to 90 days. Private order requests, including contact information, terms, payment addresses, transaction references and issue notes, are retained for up to 180 days and are readable by the participants and site operators. They are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not include shipping addresses, payment keys or identity documents; share delivery details directly with the other party. Unused seller profiles are removed after a year when they have no retained offers or orders.

Seller names are pseudonyms and may be duplicated. Check seller IDs; no KYC documents are collected, and neither account age nor an order status verifies identity or trade success. Private links grant access to whoever holds them; save them securely. Lost access has no automatic recovery. There are no automated refunds, dispute arbitration or payment protection.
